One On One 

One on one training in the lab working Coach. An individualized skill workout plan will be developed and exacuted in order to strengthen and eliminated weaknesses in your game.

Small group training sessions designed to serve

different  grade groups 4th - 8th, 9th - 12th up to 9 spots prioritizing skill building through  multiple reps and  competitive drills against each other.

(AAU) Travel teams

The focus for our travel team program is to grow and develop young athletes to compete and play at a competitive level. With a focus on team basketball defense and elevating each players basketball IQ we look to help grow each player 5 on 5 skill set. Improving their ability to play at the next level.​
